25000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 25000 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 25000 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Continued use of the 25000 platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
The 25000 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on the 25000 platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 25000 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
During the identity verification process, you may be required to submit valid proof of identity. Failure to do so within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account's deposit or withdrawal functions.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the 25000 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services:
- Not using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law or the laws of any relevant jurisdiction.
- Not attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the operation of the platform, its servers or related networks.
- Not using automated software, bots or scripts to collect information or place bets automatically without prior written consent from 25000.
- Not engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation or collusion with other users that could compromise the integrity of the games.
- Not sharing your account with any other party or allowing others to access your account.
- Not abusing promotions, bonuses or special offers in a manner that goes against the original intent of those offers.
25000 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and withholding balances associated with fraudulent activity.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 25000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited are legally yours and not derived from any unlawful activity.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, and online bank transfers. Each payment method may have different minimum and maximum limits. 25000 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to the established identity verification process. 25000 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an investigation into account activity is ongoing. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
Tax Responsibilities
It is the user's sole responsibility to understand and comply with any tax obligations relating to winnings or transactions made through the 25000 platform. This platform does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for any tax obligations incurred by users.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

The 25000 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of our services. 25000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform.
In the event of a technical system failure that results in incorrect payouts or odds, 25000 reserves the right to void or correct any affected transactions following the completion of an internal investigation.
Account Suspension & Closure
25000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering or serious breaches of these terms.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Systematic abuse of promotions or bonuses.
- Requests from authorised regulatory authorities.
Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance after deducting disputed bonuses or winnings will be returned to the user via the original deposit method.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 25000 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code and other materials, is the exclusive property of 25000 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, reproducing or exploiting any such content without prior written permission from 25000 is strictly prohibited.

The 25000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 25000 does not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
25000 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of changes will be provided via an in-platform notification or email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
